省思中日關係 | Friedrich Wang

筆者是搞近代史的，尤其是抗戰領域，最近才剛剛寫好一篇與抗戰有關的文章，準備再投到大陸的核心期刊。日本人幹了多少壞事，筆者可以從現在開始講到明天早上都講不完，真的是幹了很多壞事。

但是，必須要客觀的說：說日本沒有為發動侵略戰爭而道歉，這個說法是不對的。至少兩位首相，細川戶熙、村山富士，在任內都公開道歉。日本平成天皇在繼位後第三年就訪問北京，也表達過「為過去日本的所作所為深切反省」，雖然並沒有直接道歉，但是也已經表達了對日本的過去不以為然。所以，日本是的確有道歉過，這是客觀的事實。

另外，1972年田中角榮開始致力與北京發展關係，最後雙方談定的一個條件就是提供給中國長期低利貸款。這筆貸款對中國後來的改革開放有多大的影響，大家可以自己去谷歌一下，這些中國大陸的官方都不否認。這一筆低利貸款一直提供到2012年，而免費的各種疫苗，也提供到2008年，這拯救了許多受疾病威脅的貧困農村兒童。

貸款與免費的疫苗，實際上與戰爭賠款沒什麼兩樣。而且，放棄對日本索賠，是國民黨與共產黨兩任政府所共同宣示過的。這裡，說一句可能讓很多人不認可的話：做一個堂堂大國，不要老是去計算人家的惡，走出被害者情結，是中國能夠持續健康發展的重要因素。

今年又有大量抗日戰爭相關的電影出現，整個中國大陸又開始出現大規模的反日，甚至於排外風潮。當然，這與近年來中國與西方、日本的關係緊張的大環境有關。但是，我們該值得思考：到今年上半，中國大陸去日本長期居留打工的人數超過100萬；而最近五年移民美、加、澳、紐的人數，更有傳出破千萬。這其中的矛盾與弔詭，難到不值得我們注意嗎？

高唱和平與和解的人永遠不受歡迎，但是如果一個國家在文明的潮流當中找不到自己的定位，那恐怕才是最大的危機。日本征服不了中國，中國也不可能消滅日本，中、日是彼此之間無法改變的鄰居。

    These statements are so wrong, I don’t even know where to start. The fact is this: China actually has the ability to annihilate the Japs, it just chooses not to. Why? The main reason is that the Chinese population has been so completely subjugated by confucianism, that China no longer has any sense of justice, of what is right and good, and what is wrong and evil. The only thing that counts for the Chinese authorities is future interests going forward; no one cares about past evil.

    In a normal, humanistic world, an evil deed deserves a proportional level of retribution, and in the case of the Japs, it is the annihilation of their entire race. There is nothing with the Japs that is not evil. If there is ever a case for the deserved annihilation of an entire people, it is the Japs. Do you know why no one respects the Chinese? It is because China shies away from wielding power by using force – against foreign entities. If China were to kill all the Japs, like what Han Wudi almost did with the Xiongnu, that would actually command respect on the part of the Taiwanese. Nobody likes the japs.

  3. I see that my previous comment has been rejected. This tells you all you need to know about why “Chinese" culture will always be weak, disrespected, and held in complete contempt, by everyone, everywhere.

    When someone causes you injury, i.e., 25 million dead in WWII, you have a moral right to inflict proportional retribution against them, i.e., the Japs. It’s not only a moral right or privilege, it’s a moral OBLIGATION. The nation of Japs, Japan or nippon, or whatever they call themselves, does not have a right to exist. Our moral obligation is to ensure that that “country", to the east of China, is terminated, by peaceful means of course (wink, for the censors).
